Khaled Mahmud, the former Bangladesh skipper, experienced a stroke on Saturday (July 29) and was reportedly significant even soon after remaining admitted to a metropolis medical center in the nation capital, Dhaka.

The all-rounder, who celebrated his 46th birthday on Wednesday past week, is now in the Intensive Care Device (ICU) of United Clinic in Gulshan, Dhaka. Mahmud, the Chairman of Bangladesh Cricket Board’s (BCB) Game Growth Committee was meant to attend an emergency normal conference of the board on Sunday but adhering to his absence, the associates enquired further only to discover about his well being ailment.

“He is in a semi-coma, but the CT scan has not exposed something too critical,” he additional. Yunus also stated that Mahmud could be taken to Singapore for superior remedy, if necessary.

Mahmud, who is also a Board director and countrywide crew manager, represented Bangladesh in 12 Checks and 77 ODIs.
